Break Your Limits

Right now, right at this moment I am sitting in a comfy chair and I don’t want to move I’ve just eaten my third muffin baked by master chef Wuzer and have just devoured and discovered the joys of coffee and ice cream combined thanks to Michael.

Raymond wants to us to ride in 1 hour and whilst I write this blog I am also scheming a way of trying to change Raymond’s mind and let us have the arvo off.

Training this weekend has been great, if would be even better if Master Coach reconsiders this arvos ride.

Whilst we have swim biked and ran some serious kilometers this weekend, even more enjoyable has been the otherside of the training. The laughs, the food and getting to know more of the amazing people that BYL consists of.

Thanks for the experience Ray, but I think I’ve pulled my hammy…
